Medical Center Enterprise’s Women’s Wing consists of our Labor & Delivery unit, a level one nursery, and a postpartum floor with all private rooms. The Labor & Delivery unit consists of 5 LDR’s, 2 antepartum surveillance rooms, and a surgical suite.   Parents may have their newborn room in with them during their hospital stay, and we transition all infants if possible in the birthing suites.  Each area offers the latest in technology, both in equipment and services performed.

We also offer our prospective parents the opportunity to join our Goodmoms program.  Goodmoms offers Childbirth Preparation, Breastfeeding, and Newborn Care classes.  Through these classes and monthly mailings, parents will be prepared for labor & delivery by learning about the physical and emotional changes a mother goes through during pregnancy and childbirth, the labor process, pain relief options, and what to expect in the antenatal as well as postpartum period.  For information regarding the Goodmoms program call 393-8777.
