2011 Enterprise Area Community Health Fair

ENTERPRISE, ALABAMA - February 26, 2011 - Medical Center Enterprise and the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce are hosting a FREE Community Health Fair on the EHS Campus this Saturday, February 26th from 8:00 AM until Noon. Come out and join in the fun. There are over 50 health related vendors signed up offering FREE screenings, information, and give-a-ways. There is something for the whole family.

A Children's Fitness Fun Fair will take place simultaneously and will offer fun activities for kids of all ages from inflatables to jump rope contests to face painting. At 10:00 AM there will be a Family Fitness Fun Run/Walk around the school campus with FREE t-shirts for those that complete the route while supplies last.

The event will begin with recognition of our Poster Contest winners from 4th - 6th graders around Coffee County. These winners will receive savings bond donated by Army Aviation Center Federal Credit Union.

Health Fair Scholarship recipients will be recognized by presenting them with certificates for a $1,000 scholarship each made possible by our sponsors. DaVita Enterprise Dialysis, Dobbs Eye Clinic/Eye Center South, E.L. Gibson Foundation and Medical Center Enterprise.

An official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will take place to open the event for our citizens. Come out and join us for a kick start to a healthy lifestyle in 2011.

This is an annual event held for the citizens of the Enterprise area and without the support of our sponsors it would not be possible.
